Management Board
Mislav Blažić, President
Mr. Blažić became the
President of the Management Board in the beginning of 2008 after
his position as the Deputy President of the Management Board. He
has worked in PBZ Card since 2006, when card business of the PBZ
Group integrated into PBZ Card.
He worked in Privredna banka Zagreb since 1998, first in
Corporate Finances as the Executive Director. In 2001 he
transferred to Retail as the Executive Director in Product
Development, where he led the project of integrating card business
of the PBZ Group.
During his career he worked as the President or Board Member in
several Supervisory Boards of the members of the PBZ Group. Mr.
Blažić is a member of the Board of Governors of the American
Chamber of Commerce in Croatia. He graduated from the Faculty of
Economics&Business in Zagreb, and from the MBA program at IEDC
Bled School of Management.
Mario Jurišić, Member
Mr. Jurišić became the
Member of the Management Board in the beginning of 2008 from the
position of the Executive director in Product Development,
Marketing and Sales. As the Member of the Management Board he is
responsible for sales, client relations and marketing.
He began his career in 1998 in Privredna banka Zagreb and
participated in the construction of the Bank's card system for
accepting MasterCard and Visa card products from the start.
In the beginning of 2003 he became Assistant Director for Card
Business, responsible for operations of accepting banking cards,
developing new products and introducing new technologies. With the
integration of PBZ Group card business into PBZ Card, on January 1,
2006 he became the Executive Director in Product Development,
Marketing and Sales. He graduated from the Faculty of
Economics&Business in Zagreb.
