Acknowledgements

Numerous domestic and international acknowledgements and awards confirm the success and the quality of PBZ Card business and brands in its portfolio.

From the very beginning of its presence on the Croatian market up to today, American Express, that is, companies licensed for American Express cards on the Croatian market have continually been winning various awards.

Travel agency Atlas, as the first licensee for American Express in Croatia, won the Customer Services Achiever Award for the quality of service to American Express cardmembers.

Atlas American Express's tradition was continued by PBZ American Express, today PBZ Card, by winning the World Service Achiever Award for exceptional services, among the competitors of all countries members of the Global Network and International Card Services American Express.

Numerous marketing projects won the GNS Exceptional Marketing Award, as well as the GNS Marketing Award Honorable Mention - awarded to the best programs of marketing activities. Among the awarded products are the Platinum Card, the American Express Shopping Card and the American Express Start Card for students. The continuity of winning awards is confirmed by the last three acknowledgement won by PBZ Card in 2008: the latest American Express Card with a Heart won the acknowledgement in the category "Outstanding New Card Launch" - for the most successful new American Express product; the Croatia Airlines American Express credit card won an award in the category "Outstanding 360º Campaign" - for the promotional campaign; and Customer Services - Service Quality - for offering top-quality services. These awards were won in the tough competition of 128 companies - the American Express licensees in 127 countries in the world.

All these successes and awards would be impossible without the employees who invest all their efforts into creating new products and benefits and provide cardmembers with high-quality services, so some of them were also awarded with the Star Performer or Grand Star Performer awards by American Express.

Besides all this, the international organization Superbrands awarded American Express the Superbrands title for 2006/2007 in its first year on the Croatian market. This title is awarded to products/services with best characteristics in distribution, presence in households, advertising, recognizability of name and position among the competitors.

In 2007, 2008 and 2009 the Reader's Digest magazine awarded the American Express brand in Croatia with the Trusted Brand title - recognizing the American Express card as the payment card most trusted by cardmembers on our market.

Mastercard Worldwide awarded Privredna banka Zagreb and PBZ Card with the Mastercard Worldwide Regional Award - for the high quality of card processing services in 2007.

In the beginning of 2010, in the first year of the award, PBZ Card won the first excellence award for the services on the Croatian market - Best in Customer Service Award, recognizing the excellence of service business in various aspects of the company's business: from management to creativity, service and conduct, positioning services, managing relations with clients and regaining customers' trust.

Besides the fact that the high quality of our products and service has been recognized and awarded, PBZ Card has also been recognized as an attractive working environment. Since 2007, PBZ Card was one of the first companies to obtain the certificate Employer Partner for excellence in managing human resources. The Company was successfully re-certified in 2008.

All international and domestic acknowledgments and awards, regularly won by PBZ Card, are the result of systematic quality management on all levels of business operations.
